Gathering for June 2012

He heard his name and ran over to Leopardtooth"hey yo!, how are you doing?"he meowed questioningly.

He shook his head out of his daze hearing his name "what?"he asked confused "oh our leader had some sort of prophecy"he meowed looking at the stars his blue eyes glowing

Darkriver blushed and kneaded the ground. "You see.. I.. can I have Scarkit as an apprentice? You're the deputy and.. Scarkit is 5 moons old and in 1 moon she will be ready to be apprenticed.. so can I have her as an apprentice?" he looked down and pawed the ground, waiting for an answer. He looked up at Leopardtooth.

Leopardtooth answered Darkrivers question right away. "Yes, you can have her as your apprentice, but I'll have to ask our leader." Having answered his question, Leopardtooth turned to Ravenrain. "I'm doing good. Prey is running well. Especially since green-leaf is on its way. Are you nervous about speaking in front of the clans. Both of our leaders aren't present, and some cat has to talk."

Darkriver's eyes sparkled. I get Scarkit as an apprentice, he thought eagerly. "I can't wait to be her mentor!" Darkriver said to himself. Suddenly he heard a cat call Leopardtooth's name. Darkriver turned and saw another cat walking over, Ravenrain. He didn't know the cat. "Greetings," he meowed, dipping his head.

[Blazingstar]

Blazingstar leaped up onto the southeastern stack and waved his tail multiple times for silence. As cats began to notice, the noise and movement around Tallstacks began to decrease. The StormClan leader signaled towards the leader of MysticClan, and the two deputies filling in for their leaders, to jump upon their stack. He signaled towards Sta-Mos to begin, because he was a shy cat, regardless of how he had been the first to jump upon a stack and the way he had signaled the other leaders. Blazingstar just hated to speak.

The medicinal cat turned towards Cloudfall, surprised. "Your Clan got a prophesy too?" she asked, her interest clearly showing in her voice, "So did we. It was about DeepClan-"[/i] She broke off, sounding like she had said too much. Thankfully, she was saved from explaining by Blazingstar signaling for quiet. She turned away from the other medicine cats to face the clan leaders. "I hope Sta-Mos mentions the prophesy," she thought, "I can't bear to break it to Daisystep!"[/b]

Ravenrain meowed to the cat that meowed to him"Greetings".Ravenrain padded over to tall stacks when he heard leopardtooth nervous about speaking yet proud. He looked down at all the cats his stomach unsettling as he saw the cats he looked away taking deep breaths he felt extremely light headed and scared.

he sat down watching the leaders prepare to speak happy to be there. he hoped his leader would talk about the prophecy. his blue glowing eyes where examining all the other cats he wiggled his bobbed tail happily as he saw them all. Eager to leave an go back to the camp but he wanted to stay at the same time he looked down at the ground.

The late leader padded to the gathering her eyes happy she smiled and ran around talking to all the other cats but leaving before they could say anything.She padded over to tall stacks with other leaders and her deputy she was a bit nervous but not like ravenrain.

Darkriver stared up at the leader Blazingstar. He watched the others go up. He watched Ravenrain go up too. He recognized him as the cat who was talking to Leopardtooth. Will I be up there someday, he asked himself. He hoped. He had always wanted to be a leader. He wasn't ambitious, but he really wanted to lead his beloved Clan. Darkriver perked his ears, ready to listen for news from the other Clans.

[Daisystep]

Daisystep growled in frustration as Blazingstar called the clans together. She wanted to know more about the prophecy Cloud fall got. She especially wanted to know what Moonclan had told the Mysticclan Medicine cat about Deepclan. Was her clan in trouble. She silently begged Sta-Mos to say something about it.

[Leopardtooth]

Leopardtooth strode over to the Earthclan stack. He was about to jump up when he saw Vixenstar come into the clearing. He sent a silent thanks to Starclan. He sat down where he was and nodded to his leader as she bounded to the top of the stack. He wouldn't have to speak up there tonight. He might one day though.

[Sta-Mos]

Sta-Mos shivered on the inside as Blazingstar motioned for her to start. She was nervous, but she made sure that she didn't show that she was nervous. She looked over the cats in the clearing and her eyes laid on Moon-Larsa. She was giving Sta-Mos a death stare. She knew she wanted her to talk about the prophecy, but it was Mysticclans business. She wouldn't share it. The other clans didn't need to know about the sign about Deepclan. "Mystic clan is prospering in the warm weather." She said in a cheery voice. "Prey is good and all is well in Mysticclan." She returned the stare to Moon-Larsa with a smile so no cat would suspect the prophecy that Mysticclan was facing.

Moon-larsa groaned. Sta-Mos didn't mention the prophecy, not even indirectly! Now she would have to break the news to the DeepClan med. cat, but how? She would just go and warn Tempeststar! Moon-Larsa shook her head sadly, turning away from the other medicine cats and padding away into MysticClan territory, ignoring Daisysteps anxious gaze.
