Personality:Moonclaw had a good sense of humor, and loved to chat with his clanmates. He always knew how to make a cat laugh. He grew very serious when it came to treating injured or sick cats. During this time he would block out all other things, and focus as hard as he could on cat he was helping. He was an expert at reading the signs around him. In a way he was like Goosefeather, but he focused on treating cats too.

History:Moonclaw was a warrior before he became a medicine cat. He decided to become a medicine cat apprentice when a fox crossed the lake and got onto the island. It killed his brother Mouseears, and Moonclaw had to sit there and watch. He got the scars he now posses from that fight. He wanted to saw cats from that point on. Leafface was a strict mentor, but Moonclaw went through his training with him, and ended up being an extremely gifted medicine cat. His apprentice Daisystep was gifted too, but only with the herbs. She could treat any wound she faced, but Moonclaw could never teach her to read the signs like he could. He retired as an elder, and died of old age.
